Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
We will deliver to the UK mainland only.

All small items will be dispatched by first class recorded delivery and a nominal £1 per item will be charged to cover the packaging costs. Bulky items are charged at £5 per item, boardbags etc. Surfboards are delivered by courier at a cost of £15,

Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before 12noon will be dispatched the same day, orders after 12noon will be sent the next working day. Orders placed before close of business on a Friday will be dispatched on Saturday. Orders taken over the weekend will be sent out on the following Monday. Deliveries by first class mail are not guaranteed next day delivery and a signature is required. At peak times such as Easter and Christmas you are advised to allow for a longer delivery time.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All items are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We aim to get all items to you in perfect condition. If the goods are damaged in transit please return the item/s to us for inspection and we will get a replacement to you.
DVD and videos must be returned sealed no refund can be offered if the seal has been broken. Other returns must returned at your cost in a saleable condition.

Privacy Policy
North Swell do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
